Comments:

That was a fun 4 hours but frustrating. After last Thursday's NCCC Sprint I was
concerned about how 20 mtrs would play out, but was optimistic that the earlier
start time, the increase in participation and the increase in power levels for
the NA Sprint would help. That was not to be so from this QTH. I had one L O N
G hour on 20. 40 was my best band in may ways. It was the only band that I
actually felt loud. I won on more CQs, had more completed couplets without
having to call CQ and my Q and mult totals were the best. My performance on 80
did not compare with how the band sounded. I lost on many CQs, had very few
couplets and way too many of my CQs were not answered. I kept changing from
the vertical to Inverted-V and neither seemed to have any advantage. It is
time to put up a different antenna. It won't be up by next weekend, but will
be there soon.

Thanks to all for the Qs, repeats and patience as I worked out several N1MM
operator errors.

73,
Bruce
