Comments:

Thanks to Tom, W8JI, for the invitation to operate at his QTH again. What
a treat...first time to go single band 80m and with his setup, it sounded
like 20m from my place.

Sat on one frequency almost all of Friday night....probably should have
gone searching for mults more, but too much fun running 'em. Some of the
better ones to call were: EL2DX, A71BX, A61NA, 7Q7BP, 4K8M, 9J2BO,
TU2CI, HL2DC, DS1REE, YB3XM, YB3JBJ, FO/N6JA, 9M6XRO, HL3IUA and many
UA9/UA0's....stayed on one frequency almost all of Saturday night also...
Worked 39 JA's Saturday morning and 76 on Sunday morning....!

Broke the 80m W4 record which was 22 years old by quite a margin and a new
US record if the log checking holds up....

Thanks to all who made it in the log...I really appreciate the calls..
and really great to work so many stations using from 1 to 99 watts...

See you next weekend in the CQ 160 SSB..

73, Paul
Rig: K3/AL1200
High dipoles for transmitting....up over 300'
Lots and lots of beverages for receiving...
