I arrived at my station at 17:46 hours on contest day having spent the night at
my parents house, Dad has cancer and needs a lot of care at home. I sat and
stared at the WriteLog Screen and wondered if I should participate. Amateur
Radio has always been a place to help others wheather to Elmer or in an
emergency or give a section multipler in a contest. Well this day our hobby
helped me to pause my grief for a while and enjoy the fellowship of others,
