Comments:
Put up a low Inverted L just before the contest. Strung four radials under it.
The vertical section is only up 40' but was very impressed with how this antenna
works on 160! For the first time was able to actually hear/work the West Coast.
More than doubled my score from last year. Worked all 48 continental states
and all Canadian provinces expect for VY1/VE8. So am very happy with my effort.
Now, need to install a Beverage so I can hear better and maybe decrease the S9
noise that I experienced. Fun contest. Thanks for all the Q's. Merry
