Comments:

It was obvious that the QRN level was lethal in certain areas. It was tough
sledding with QRP the first night. Lots of repeats, lots of calls on the
band-map waiting for another try. My noise level was only S9 until the blowing
snow struck Saturday night sending the meter to 30 over! Sometime earlier band
conditions had improved with signals becoming more coherent, obviously a change
in the ionosphere. Even heard the Europeans for a while before the snow! Thanks
for all the patience, fellas. It was much appreciated!
