Propagation here was about the same. This
year the main problem was the big thunder
storm over our heads all weekend long.
Otherwise low bands would have been super.
Only 200 Qs on 80.
In 2007 not a single cloud over all South
America. That made the difference.

About the same!
Who cares about the conditions? It was fun. There were a lot of stations on.

Depends what frequencies you wanted.
LF was great. HF sucked.

CQWW CW Conditions
Better this year on 80 and 40.
Worse this year on 15.

On the whole, about the same.

WW Conditions
Don't care. The contest is the same weekend every year, conditions the same for everyone, so it doesn't matter anyway.

Conditions Friday evening not very good. But made up for it Saturday night & Sunday
