identifying tower base

I have acquired an older self-supporting tower that looks like the Spaulding AX or Rohn BX series. However, the base with it is not shown in the old Rohn catalog (1967 copyright). The base section center-to-center dimension is 23 1/2 inches. Some pictures in a PowerPoint file are posted at:

Any source of installation drawings & instructions would be appreciated.
