KT34A settings

I have a KT34XA and I taken it down for refurbishing. I want to change it to a KT34A, but I need the dimensional settings for the elements in this arrangement. I have the update kit on the antenna; new capacitor tubes and blue caps. Possibly someone has a manual and could send me the dimensions for this arrangement. A,B,C,D are most important and possibly the match dimensions.
