need to replace a coax balun on a 3el 40m telrex..

anyone know if this should be a 4:1 balun ????
I belive it should actually be a 2:1 balun
25 ohm / 50 ohm

thanks anyways guys...
I measured the z at the feedpoint with the coaxila balun diconected and found 25 ohms at the resonant freq
so it indeed is a 2:1
