If you are looking specifically for contest logging programs, you should look at the links page on this very web site, and select "Contest Software" in the "Links by Category" box.
If you are looking for general purpose logging programs, there are (I kid you not) dozens and dozens of them available, some absolutely free, some for a price. A reasonably representative but by no means complete list is at http://www.ac6v.com/pageplog.html. Be sure to follow the very first link, which leads to another even longer list of logging and related software at the same site.
If your next question is "Which one is best?", the only truly correct answer to this question is "it depends" (on your preferences, operating habits, hardware, and on and on).
