I run a FT-1000d and a colins 30l-1 amp.
Sould I turn the internal tuner off in the ft-1000d or run thru my J.W.Miller AT2500 Tuner. Is there any use in tuning between ft-1000d and Amp?

I would turn it off unless the amp presents a high SWR to the radio (which of course it should not).
