DSP Software Reply

Has anyone used any kind of DSP software?

Since powerful PCs are now available on the market it seems to be a good idea to add some more workload to a PC.

What is the best DSP hardware/software available now?

The reason I am asking is:

I am in Taiwan now and trying to find a way to work on low bands. It's nearly impossible to hear any DX on low bands due to extremely heavy industrial QRM.

Thanks,
