Does anyone know of a logging program that will log the FQP contest?

Yes, it is called OJLog. I heard it is the best contest logging software available. You can run it for 48 hours on battery power and it will hold zillion's of qso's. It has an odd interface though, a flat white screen and a wooden stick with graphite core instead of a keyboard. See K1OJ for details.

Yes, OJLog holds lots of QSOs, but the dupe checking algorithm leaves something to be desired (slow and takes up a lot of "desktop" space). Cabrillo is a bit of a problem, too - seems you need to run Notepad to edit it all the time.

Does anyone have a schematic for an interface between OJ Log and my FT1000QP?

Yea, I bought one at the local hardware store. They come in either white or yellow and 1/4" or 1/2". Make sure you get enough to reach between the two.
