FT1000MP Unwanted reset(s)

Hi!
About a month ago my FT1kMP (factory date Oct 97, till now minor repairs on CAT and display) started to reset itself on 7.000, both main and sub.
Since it happens on receive as well as on transmit, it seems RFI is excluded. Actually, I even turned down everything near by RIG (+ reset to factory values), but results are the same: it can work fine even for 36 hours, but than resets can happen 5 times in 5 seconds - or once an hour.
When reset happens, I can hear relay (tx ground) click, so RIG must go to transmit for a byte of time.
Any idea?
