final mosfet of IC-775 Reply

Can someone give me some information (Id, Vd, P out, Ft)about the mosfet final transistor called SRKJ7004MP of my Icom IC-775DSP?
I can't find anything around all the web.
I think that these are a custom series for Icom of an other builder (like MRF150 of Motorola).
Thanks.

The mosfets of the Icom 775 are MRF140.
About this device:
Id: 16A
Vd: 65V
Pout: 150W
Ft: 150mhz
This mosfet was discontinued by Motorola in oct-2000, it can be replaced with more rugged MRF141
