I have two towers that are about 50 feet apart, a mosley pro 67 on one and am about to install a 5 ele 20 meter beam on the other, the beams will be close. Can i expect any interference problems????

What kind of interference, SWR? I doubt their relative closeness would cause any noticeable SWR problems. I had a 205BA (5-el 20m Hygain) about that same distance from a KT34XA with no trouble.

If you mean that you want to transmit on one antenna and listen on the other at the same time (on a different band) I'd say yes, there will be interference, but not insurmountable with proper filtering, stubs, etc.
