Howdy! Welcome to the hobby!
Well, frequency plans are available in your license book, or at the ARRL's website (www.arrl.org), or you can do a web search for it. But, here's a quick run-down for technician priv's:
Your only SSB (phone) priv's are on 10m, from 28.300 to 28.500. You do have CW (Morse code) priv's on 40m (7.025 to 7.125), 15m (21.025 to 21.200), and 80m (3.525 to 3.600). Again, check your license book to be sure.
