How do I find my grid loaction for a contest? I am new at HAM. Just got my ticket this year. I would love to do some contesting, but need assistance.

Assuming you are operating from the same location as listed on your license, you can find this info on QRZ.COM under the "Detailed Info" link. In this case it appears you are in EM42.

There are, as well, a number of conversion sites on the web where you input your latitude and longitude and your grid square is calculated, should you venture out portable/mobile, etc.

Have fun!
