During the recent 160m contest someone was BOOTLEGING my K4LZ Callsign. I have never operated 160m, I did receive 2 QSL's.
Who do I report this too?

I doubt there's much that can be done, even if you do report it. I would at least reply to your cards with a note that it wasn't you.

Larry,
If what you told us is all there is to the story, you don't know for a fact that anyone "bootlegged" your call. All you can say with any certainty is that 2 people thought they worked your call. Perhaps they worked K4LC and thought they heard K4LZ, just as an example. I'd return their cards with a note indicating that they must have made a mistake and think no more about it. 73 Roy WA4DOU
