240' Tower for Free!

Check out this auction on ebay - item #1214973136.
I have nothing to do with it - I just noticed it while browsing. This appears to be a 240' free-standing tower with about an 80' rotating top section full of antennas. The owner passed away, and his kids want it out of their yard - for free!
This is an amazing opportunity for someone to pick up a ~$20k tower for nothing. It is located in MI.
