GACW Radiotelegraphic Raid

Starting this year the Grupo Argentino de Radiotelegraf�a - GACW will replace the traditionals Key Day and Competencia Radiotelegr�fica Argentina by the "Raid Radiotelegr�fico del GACW" - GACW Radiotelegraphic Raid.

This raid will be a GACW Members and CW operators HF bands meeting to encourage the use of CW mode world wide.

The Raid is not a competition nor a contest, it is just a 30 operations hours, in order to QSO everybody in CW Mode, make good DX, ragchewer or local QSOs, etc. There are not rules or exchanges, nor categories, take your CW time to send RST, Name, QTH, WX, Greetings, Antennas, Rigs, Family, etc., etc. There are no Logs to send, but please send Gabriel LU5FZ your pictures and remarks to be published in and special Radiofrecuencia Bulletin issue.

Date: 18th and 19th of July 2009.

Participants: World Wide Amateur Radios and GACW Members in particular.

Time: FM 1800 UTC Saturday 18th TO 2400 UTC Sunday 19th.

Operation time: 30 hours.

Objetive: To make bilateral DX and/or local QSO in CW Mode, ragchewers are welcome.

Bands: 160 to 2 Meters.

Exchange: Greetings, RST, Name, QTH, WX, RIGS, ANTENNAS, etc., etc.
