2003 Great Lakes Qso Party Scores

With an A Index between 40 and 76 we did not expect many submissions! We do wish to thank the brave souls who continued on even though band conditions were the worst in recent memory.Dedication and hard work paid off for them!

Top Overall Score And Trophy Winner Is Rick Emmert, AA1KS

Class A:(Over 100 Watts)Ricks scored 341 points x143 counties + 500 bonus points=49,263 points!

Top Score CW and Trophy goes to Charles MaC Avoy, WA3AAN

Class E: (CW Only) Charles scored 45x19 + 500 bonus points= 1,355 points!

Certificate Winners

Christopher Long,N1CL 2nd place Class:A (Over 100 Watts) 5,244 points.

2nd place Class:B (5-100 Watts) Dale Cole,K9TTT with 600 points

3rd place Class:B goes to R. James Wennblom,K0HW with 196 points. Honorable Mention Class:B

Lou White,N8ZVB 6 Meters 132 points.

John Albert Black,VA3IX 48 points.

Class:C (Qrp) No Submissions

1st Place Class:D (Club Submissions) - goes to VE3DC the Hamilton Amateur Radio Club of Canada with a total of 27,164 points.They will receive a certificate and a copy of Ham University on CD!

2nd place Class:E (CW Only) goes to Carolyn Davidson,WA8MWA with a score of 584 points.

1st place Class:F (Mobile) goes to Greg Fox,KE9R 2nd place Class:F goes to Stephen E Antoine,WD8LQB
