The list of Logs Received for the 2001 ARRL International DX CW contest has been posted at:

http://www.arrl.org/contests/claimed/

If you find an error, please contact me at [email protected] or by phone at 860-594-0232. If your entry is missing, please forward a copy of the email receipt you received back in your message to me and I will check into it. If your entry was sent via postal service, you will need to check with the postal service first, as all entries received by that means are on the list.

A couple of problems continue to creep in from submissions. One stems from entries being marked as categories that do not exist for the contest. This year we received entries for SCHOOL CLUB, MULTI-LIMITED QRP, ROVERS, numerous SINGLE UNLIMITED, TRI-BANDER WITH WIRE, ROOKIE and one that claimed "MULTI-LIMITED SINGLE QRP LIMITED MULTI". None of these are valid categories for the ARRL International DX Contest.

Another problem that frequently occurs is participants mislabeling or not including their ARRL/RAC Section in the header. This information, that may differ from the sent contest exchange, is used to sort for section and division awards. While your contest exchange may be CA, NY, NJ, MA, WA, FL or TX, each of those states has between 2 and 9 sections.

We have tried to deal with these as best as possible, but we again encourage participants to please check your entries before you submit them for accuracy in the Summary Sheet information in the Cabrillo header. Unfortunately several in-use versions of commercial logging programs allow you to select entry categories which do not exist in specific events. Please help us report the results more accurately by verifying that the information you submit is accurate before sending in your entry.

Thanks and 73
