SCANDINAVIAN ACTIVITY CONTEST 2009

The Norwegian Radio Relay League NRRL invites you to participate in the 51st Scandinavian Activity Contest, taking place during the following two weekends:

CW - September 19th-20th 12.00-12.00 UTC SSB - September 26th-27th 12.00-12.00 UTC

We would like to sincerely thank all participants of the 50th Anniversary of SAC, last year for making that contest a memorable experience for everyone. Despite the poor sunspot numbers, a tremendous 60% increase of international participants was achieved in the CW part of the contest. The SSB part also reached a significant increase of 35% compared to the year before. All in all, 1300 international participants sent in logs to the Anniversary of SAC. This makes SAC to one of the absolute largest Regional International Contests in the world!

Please find you invitiation with more details in the attached PDF-document or the special SAC Homepage: http://www.qrq.se/sac

We certainly hope to see you on the air again this year! And please tell your friends to join the fun!
