[WriteLog] Telenet 'Connection failed'

Not able to connect with Writelog packet terminal, get the 
"connection failed. Retry?" Have always used VE7CC site.Is there something in 
the .ini file needs to be changed?Have used Wlog for many years not had this 
problem 
with any of the versions. Now using Ver 12.60c. PC is 
Windows 10. 
Would appreciate any ideas.Thansk - Don K0FX
