This release fixes the problem with B0A in China, CQ Zone 23, along
with other Chinese prefixes beginning with B0 and B9 (including 3H0,
BZ9, etc.).
I also updated the prefix mappings for:
BY - China
LU - Argentina
UN - Kazakhstan
YB - Indonesia
to fix various ITU Zone problems with certain prefixes, mostly B2-B8
(inclusive, all Chinese prefixes with those numbers), L2-L9
(inclusive) and UN.
Indonesia, YB now has a default ITU zone of 54 (instead of 51). Only
YB9 etc. callsigns on the island of Papua are in ITU Zone 51, but it
is not possible to tell from the callsign whether the station is on
Papua or Bali (CQ Zone 54), so listen and log carefully.
