It turns out that the software change to fix this problem was
relatively easy to make. I tested B0A and a couple of other Chinese
prefixes in WriteLog and the problem seems to be resolved. This
change will be in the next country file release, sometime after
November 1.
Other countries with multiple CQ/ITU Zones, like the USA, Canada,
Australia and Russia did not have this problem, only China.
