For some reason, after CQ WPX CW, the Contests->Create Summary Sheet menu item
was grayed out (disabled). Any idea why?

Its grayed out because WriteLog doesn't support printing a summary sheet
for WPX that particular contest.
The summary sheet option in WriteLog is specific to each contest module.
Early in WriteLog's history, a written summary sheet template was
published for each contest by its sponsor, and WriteLog would create a
text file (or Rich Text file) that you could print out and mail in with
your 3.5" diskette. Cabrillo and the internet made them less important.
