I went into my Device Mgr and opened my CW keying COM port. Click Properties,
Port Settings, Advanced.
The only box checked is Serial Enumerator. The rest are unchecked. I recall
checking/unchecking one or two of the boxes based on Bob's video, and that
fixed the issue.
