I suspect this is a clerical error when they did the PE update. But, best way
to know is to ask the ARRL contest desk. (Then please let us know!)

website does not include MAR. I think what used to MAR is now NS, NB and
PE.

PE (for prince edwards island) was removed from MAR (for Maritime), and ADDed
as a separate Mult. So, the mult count for SS increased by 1. MAR and PE.
