ARRL has switched (almost) all their contests over to accept only web
submissions and reject email submissions.
WriteLog users--both current and users of older versions--are advised to
update their installation.
Recent versions are updated using WriteLog's File menu,
Web-Update-Data-Files.

The result of the update is simply that the email addresses for those
contests that do not accept emails is now "WebOnly".
Exactly what happens on your system if WriteLog attempts an email to
WebOnly depends on how you have your email configured.
