Been trying to setup for this weekends contest and am having trouble setting
up the sound/DVK. When I either start WL or hit a function key (i.e. F3 for
my msg3.wav) the windows volume control for moves the balance all the way to
the right and drops the volumn to almost zero. Docs say that I can change
the ini file and that it is changed by WL when I move the windows volume
controls. Tried all combinations I can think of and the problem is still
there. Suggestions appreciated.
