To all vhf operators using writelog,
When running stations through the bands, there is a way to enter the data for the next qso on a new band with just a mouse stroke. The way I've found to enter the data for each band following the first qso, is to have the super partial window open, and mouse click on the call. This enters all the data again.
For instance, make first qso, enter all data, hit enter. Qso logged.
Alt. f1 or f2 to change bands, mouse click on call in super partial, hit enter.
Repeat as necessary for number of bands.
Make sure you have a recent version of WL if you are using 3.5g for correct scoring. Old versions would list 3.5g as 2.3g in the cabrillo report (but showing correctly in the log), thus creating dupes that you didn't have.
An alt. q, or alt. " , for filling in data from last qso would be great, as it would make it a keyboard stroke instead of a mouse click. It was mentioned on this reflector several years ago.
73,
John, K6MI
