I just successfully converted 76,000 calls from my TR master to write log.
For those interested:
In a temp directory put a copy of TRmaster.dta
Path to TR
Run Post U and convert the file to ASC
Then copy the file into Excel as a space delimited file
You may have a problem if the file was as large as mine as there is a limit
to excel at 65,536 rows. If so break up the file into two.
Do not import anything but calls
Save the file as a .txt file
Now in the temp directory ren the .txt to .asc and convert it to .dta
If there is a second file the in the post menu merge the second file using
the proper menu item and again only import calls starting at postion one.
