[WriteLog] RTTY v PACKET

I was qrmed today just 1 hour by a F5 stn, as i trx on 14080 rtty.
he means this is a Pactor mailbox frequency, i should go higher
than 14090.0 because all mailboxes down 90...

Are we lousing now all RTTY frequencies for the numbers of un-
koordinated Pactor stuff??
