[TRLog] Off/ON

There must be some way to write the program so that it won't log any other
QSO's until the "\on" on command is given.  What do you think Tree?

I  vote leave the feature in...please. I dumbly forgot to type \on once and
had 15 contacts while I was still on break. That however is an operator
headspace problem.

Being new to contesting, I'm curious about off times in the log. They are
properly posted in the log.dat file but when I do the ARRL submission or the
Cabrillo submission they get striped out. The rules for SS say off times
should be in the log. Am I missing something?
