Steve,

I have a F12 C31 a few inches above the tower and a F12 230/240 6' above it.  The 230/240 is mounted on the opposite side of the mast.

Mark Hooper (N5WEB), the owner of F12 at the time I purchased the antennas, made that suggestion.  If I recall my conversation with Mark correctly, he passed this idea/suggestion on from K7NV.

Any consensus on mounting two yagis on opposite sides of the mast?
I see very little mention of this so maybe it's not important.
JK402 10' above C31XR-JK. C31XR 6" above top plate. 2" 20' 1026 DOM mast.
80' Rohn 45G guyed at 38' and 76'.
Yaesu 2800 7' below top plate. DXE thrust bearing at top. All weight on
the rotator. Accessory shelf above rotator with loose UHMW plate.
....Ive read ALL the posts on the weight on or off the rotator debate.
