Sorry to hear the bad news, Bill. The V31XX station really rocks and it
appears to be a good deal, I wish that it was in Aruba! Selling it as a QTH
really limits your potential buyers so you may be better off removing the
tower and listing it locally. You could waste a lot of time answering
questions from tire kickers while the house sits empty and you're paying for
maintenance , utilities and other fees. Hopefully it is in a good part of
Belize. I was able to quickly sell my P40A Aruba home through a local real
estate agent and I gave the same advice to the widow of DL6RAI regarding the
sale of the P49V.
