[TowerTalk] SteppIR beam instructions

In case anyone is interested, I just scanned all the documentation on SteppIR 
beam construction (about 20 PDFs to my three-element StepIR beam (now for sale 
on QTH).
I scaned all the instructions to give to whoever buys the beam. 

In case anyone in this group needs the SteppIR instructions I can email them to 
you. Scanning these was a heck of a job. If anyone wants the PDFs, I will email 
them to you--but it will require three emails.
