And they are 7/16" OD - not the most common size in the world, but not rare either.

When I was still using my R25 & R55 poles, I had many buckets of galvanized 3/8" and 1/2" bolts, which are the most common size hardware on cell sites (along with 5/8").

Hence my choice of 3/8" & 1/2" when I drilled out the splice holes.

  My Rohn 55g uses six of the same bolts per leg.

A:  Rohn never made R-25 with the same size bolt.  All  Rohn stacked tubular
tower  R-35 ( rare  Motorola  type ) R-45  -R-55 use two diferent size bolts
