I can't speak for all of it, but I was surprised to find that at least the stuff I bought seems to be very UV resistant. I've had some covering a cable with a southern exposure in the southern California desert for several years now and it has held up fine. YMMV.


Ditto, I've got some outside for some number of years (which I don't know, so it's >5). Usually the black stuff is pretty robust, but since I bought it at office depot - it's not like they have lot traceability and consistent suppliers.
