The rule of thumb is ½ the wavelength of the highest freq. band so about 9.5

would keep the HF antenna out of the capture area of the 6m beam but of
course 
the opposite would not be true.  The 6m beam would be in the capture area of

the HF antenna.
The best advice is to put them as far apart as you can and still remain
within 
the safe working parameters of your mast, rotor, and tower.
