Hi Mike,

I have a friend using a Cushcraft D3W, rotatable dipole for 12/17/30M. It's
mounted on the boom of a TA-33 between the driven element and the reflector.
No problems. I believe you can do the same with your 17M dipole. Good luck!

Hey guys,

I want to mount a fixed 17M dipole, AL tubing on a fixed mount 10 feet below
a 3-el 20M beam @50'. How might this "short director" underneath affect the
20M antenna....it will be attached on piece of GPO-3 fiberglass with a 1:1
balun.
