[TowerTalk] VK9LA Group Question

  Does anyone know what gear is being used by the VK9LA dxpedition group?  I
am particularly interested in knowing what radio(s) are being used and why
that group chose to use (cardboard) paper towel roll tubes instead of
microphones?  ...curious that.  - Mike
