A little tight in there, but you can do it. I put the connector in a Panavise
sliped on some heat shrink then the knurled coupling and the the connector
body. After carefully stripping the cable and tinning the ends I had the XYL
hold the cable in place while I soldered it. I also had the cable secured in a
second small hobby vise about 4' down the cable. I know about the eyes and
shaky hands got them too! I used a Weller WE51SE soldering station low heat and
a pin point tip. It's not easy but you can do it. Good Luck.
