Searching around on the net I came up with 
http://www.qth.com/ka9fox/links_software.shtml . On that site is an updated 
version of the AO software.  There were no licenses listed, or other 
information that I could find.

There is a downloadable zip file about half way down the page.  It sounds 
like what you are looking for.
