Here in suburban Las Vegas Horse Country are larger lots (1/2 acre and up) zoned so you may keep horses. Here that means No HOA or CC&R's and less houses per acre. I live at the edge of town, the last freeway exit, but still 30 minutes to downtown or the L.V. Strip, in a subdivision on the edge of Horse Country lots, also with no HOA or CC&R's. I pity people living in the Western part of town with small lots and HOA's.
I checked out AZ when looking for a retirement home. I like Las Vegas better.

Will soon be moving to Chandler/Phoenix area. Any info on tower restrictions? Most properties seem to be either small urban lots, or 'horse properties' (whatever they are).

Info? Thanks all
