Here's another thought... I personally agree with those who say you don't 
need a 4x4x4' hole filled with concrete to support your 4x4!

I also think a pressure treated (Wolmanized) 4x4 should last as long as you 
need it to (many years) in direct contact with earth.

But, if you were seriously considering one of the expensive approaches that 
has been suggested, you should seriously consider, as an alternative, 
getting an AB-577 military surplus mast.  The standard one (without 
extension tubes) goes to 50'.  That's all I have up at present, supporting a 
tribander and 40 and 80M inverted Vs.  The last few I've seen bought and 
"listed" have been $350-$450.
