I am not talking about CC&r'S but addition county ordinances and state
ordinances. For example, have you heard of "extraterritorial
regions". They abound in the south. It gives one political entity
control over what happens in surrounding territory that isn't within
their boundaries. It is not uncommon for one of these authorities to
impose their zoning requirements on rural lands surrounding them.
Needless to say, they almost always include tower restrictions.
Are you aware of the fact that many "planning commissions" in the
south are on a county wide basis? Are you aware of the fact that in
the name of "controlling growth" that many counties have required that
all structures (towers included) be "approved" and towers have wet
stamp PE certifications?
So what IS your experience base relative to our area?
