Start by lifting the rectifiers off of the xfmr, plug in a new fuse and see
what happens.
If the fuse holds, then do a f/b check on the diodes. That is the
most likely failure item. If it still blows, you have lost the xfmr.
If no diodes show bad, then the filter caps are next, after that you get
into the regulators, which will require some troubleshooting techniques.
